We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to help our clients build their online presence and grow their brands through engaging and results-driven social media marketing.
In this role, you will plan and manage content calendars, develop creative campaigns, coordinate with designers and content creators, and monitor the performance of social media initiatives across multiple brands. You will also assist in setting up and optimizing Meta and TikTok advertising campaigns while using performance insights to continuously improve results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage social media content for multiple brands.
- Develop creative campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with each client's brand identity.
- Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements using data and insights.
- Research current social media trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative marketing ideas.
- This is a full-time, office-based position located in BF Homes, Las Piñas.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Multimedia Arts, or any related field.
- Experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other major social media platforms.
- Experience with Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content and marketing campaigns.
- Able to manage multiple projects, brands, and deadlines effectively.
- Open to feedback, eager to learn, and willing to grow in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
